Small Action, Big Impact: Adopt a Fire Hydrant

Help keep our neighbourhoods safe by adopting a fire hydrant near your home. In an emergency, firefighters need immediate access to water, and a hydrant that’s buried or blocked by snow can delay their response. Taking a few minutes to clear snow around a hydrant helps make sure it’s visible and accessible when every second matters, protecting your family, your neighbours, and the wider community.
